Live Wedding painting

  • One of the most common moments to paint are ceremony, first kiss, first dance, just announced Mr & Mrs, special location or artist choice.

  • The most popular sizes are 18”x24” and 24”x30” and 30”x40”

  • Yes! I will travel all over Ontario and Canada. Pricing is customized based on your location. Time and distance traveled for the event will incur a fee for travel and hotel.

  • By the end of your event the painting will not be ready to take home. I’ll take the painting back to my studio for final refinements and applying a UV- and dust-protective varnish to ensure the longevity of the piece. Please allow approximately 4 weeks for the painting to be completed, varnished, and ready to ship.

  • Annika’s art studio offer complimentary shipping. While travel fees are tailored to the client. HST tax is applied to the total cost of the painting and services.

  • Sure! Special guests, children and pets can be added to your wedding painting. I usually add 3 extra people (with detailed face fitures) and 1 pet. If you wish to add more special guests or pets it will be an extra CAD 150 each.

  • A single portrait takes around 5-7 minutes. Couple portraits take 10-15 min. Usually I can complete 10-12 portraits per hour. In a 4 hour event around 50 guest portraits can be completed.

  • Any guest portraits not completed at the event will be finished in my studio during a week and shipped to the event organizer.

  • You can announce to your guests in the beginning of the event so they can come over to have their photo taken. It's also recommended to make an additional announcement reminding guests to pick up their keepsake portraits. Any additional portraits completed later will be mailed to the party organizer.

  • I need a quiet space to put my table and chair, also an outlet for the lighting. If your event takes place outdoor (warm weather only, 19C+) than I need a shaded/tented area.
